01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "Member") and 7cuci (hereinafter referred to as "Platform" or "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by 7cuci, you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by all terms contained in this document.

These terms take effect from the date you first use the platform, including browsing our website even without registering an account. It is your responsibility to read and fully understand these terms before using any 7cuci services.

7cuci reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Notice will be given via registered email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Member Eligibility

7cuci services are available only to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be subject to any legal prohibition from participating in online betting activities.
• Not have been previously suspended or banned from the 7cuci platform.
• Providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date registration information.

7cuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm your eligibility. Required documents may include a valid national ID, driver's licence, or passport. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in a temporary suspension of your account.

03 Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the 7cuci platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balances. This includes accounts registered under different details but linked to the same device, IP address, or payment method.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your username and password confidential.
• Ensuring no other party accesses your account without authorisation.
• Notifying 7cuci immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.
• Keeping your account information updated whenever changes occur.

7cuci is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 7cuci platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, and USDT.

Important conditions regarding transactions:

• The minimum deposit is MYR 10 per transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30 per request.
• All payment methods used must be registered under the same member's name.
• Third-party transactions are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes, depending on the selected method.
• 7cuci reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

Any attempt at money laundering or financial fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

7cuci offers various bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated alongside each promotional offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus has a rollover requirement that must be met before withdrawals are permitted.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion type unless otherwise stated.
• 7cuci reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through improper means or fraud.
• Bonus value cannot be transferred between accounts.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms interpretation, the decision of 7cuci is final.
• Cashback bonuses are calculated based on net losses within the specified period.

Abuse of the bonus system, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly or using automated software, is a serious violation that may result in cancellation of all bonuses and permanent account closure.

06 Betting Rules

All bets accepted by 7cuci are subject to the relevant market rules. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under specific circumstances determined by 7cuci, such as an obvious technical error or a sudden change in match status before it begins.

• All odds are at the rate displayed at the time the bet is confirmed.
• Bets accepted during a technical disruption may be voided and stakes refunded.
• Official results from the relevant sporting body are final for bet settlement purposes.
• Bets placed on postponed matches will be settled according to 7cuci's applicable market policy.
• Maximum bet limits vary by market and are subject to change without prior notice.
• 7cuci reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason.

07 Prohibited User Conduct

Users of the 7cuci platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to access or exploit the platform unfairly.
• Sharing or selling your account to another party.
• Engaging in any activity that may compromise the integrity or security of the platform.
• Registering multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or other unauthorised benefits.
• Uploading or transmitting content containing malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law.
• Disrupting or attempting to disrupt platform services for other users.
• Impersonating 7cuci staff or other users.

Any violation of the above prohibitions will result in appropriate action, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure, depending on the severity of the breach.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

7cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any member account for the following reasons:

• Breach of these terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Member's own request to close their account.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Suspicious activity indicating possible use by an underage individual.

If your account is closed at your request, any eligible balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after identity verification is completed. If closure is due to a terms violation, 7cuci reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation.

09 Liability Cap

7cuci provides its platform on a best-efforts basis to ensure it operates properly at all times. However, we are not liable for:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet issues, power outages, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from a member's failure to read or understand the terms and conditions.
• Bet outcomes affected by inaccurate information from external sources.
• Losses arising from account access granted to a third party by you.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

7cuci's maximum total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the date the liability claim arises.

10 Personal Data Protection

7cuci takes the protection of your personal data seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your data is carried out in accordance with the 7cuci Privacy Policy, available on the relevant page. In summary, the principles we uphold are:

• Data is collected solely for legitimate purposes related to platform services.
• All data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL encryption during transmission.
• Data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
• Data is retained for the period required by law or operational needs.

11 Responsible Betting

7cuci is committed to responsible gambling. We understand that betting should be entertainment, not a burden. To that end, we provide a range of tools to help members manage their betting activity:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum amount you can wager within a given period.
• Loss Limit: Set the loss limit you can accept before automatic access is blocked.
• Take a Break: Take a voluntary break from the platform for 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to permanently self-exclude from the platform.

12 Terms Amendment and Applicable Law

7cuci reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of material changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before they take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the 7cuci platform after notification of term changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your existing balance.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before being referred to any appropriate dispute resolution mechanism.
